Metal, steel, copper, iron slag processing line with grinding mills

Slag of steel plant of furnace containing 10 to 20% pure metal but discharged in the form of slag or waste product due to improper operation, but the slag of steel plant is no more the waste product.

Slag grinding mills are successfully used for polishing and Recycling metal, steel, copper, Iron. Crushing, grinding & mixing of various types of products. Separated iron particles from magnetic separator which is not 100% pure metal because few sand particles are still attached with iron particles due to rusted material. But you will get 9o to l00% pure metal from the waste product of steel furnace. As the material from magnetic separator fed through the slag grinding ball mill drum, heavy duty balls inside the drum crushes the iron particles & the sand particles attached with iron particles become separated and came out through the holes on the outer shell of the slag grinding ball mill drum & the pure iron will be left inside the drum.

Steel slag processing line in various forms, can yield high thin tube mill (especially Rolling Mill) a open process, it can be an ordinary ball mill, high efficiency separator a closed process; can be a closed vertical mill process can also be combined with roller press and ball mill grinding process and so on. These processes have in common is: must be of high slag grinding into fine powder (collectively referred to: slag powder), that slag particles in the 80% ≤ 50μm, specific surface area ≥ 380m2/kg, which, ≤ 10μm ultra-fine powder of about accounted for 30 to 40%.
